Tag 'v2' is not exactly v2: It is the latest master (according to the date the image was built). With any new major version release (such as 2.1, 3, etc.), there will be a new tag for the latest master after that release. Tag 'v2.2' is the main tag now (a mentioned above, the tag 'v2' is exactly the same).
