⁠X11 and Java - Ubuntu

Creates an image using our Ubuntu Java/Gradle image, setting up an x11 environment to be used with jenkins.

Jenkins needs the xvnc plugin installed. You have to set the minimum and maximum display number to 1. The command line is:

x11vnc -forever -geometry 1200x800 -display :$DISPLAY_NUMBER -shared -nopw -noxfixes -noxdamage
