InfluxDB image built on Alpine to enable run on Raspberry Pi Zero

This image is used to support instances of Inmarsat's FieldEdge project running on Raspberry Pi Zero such as the IDP developer kit.
InfluxDB version 1.8 is used for compatibility with 32-bit processor/OS.
An accompanying Telegraf image is also available for arm32v6.
