Ubuntu release 18.04 image with software pre-installed to run the Insitulabs (https://insitulabs.org⁠) AssessPrimers script, see https://github.com/insitulabs/assessPrimers⁠

NOTES

• Run the software as follows: python2 assessprimer/assessPrimers.v0.1.py --blastDir ncbi-blast-2.13.0+/bin/ --cdhit cd-hit --mafft mafft [other options] [reference db] [primer file] [out prefix]

• 'python2' is an alias to /usr/bin/python2.7

• 'assessPrimers.v0.1.py' is already in the image path, but the file is located at /assessprimer/assessPrimers.v0.1.py

• cd-hit and mafft are part of the image path
