Requirements
Python
Version 3.5.x. To check the specific version, see files runtime.txt and Dockerfile.
(The project used 3.4.3 at the beginning, so perhaps that one still works fine)
Database
This project relies on PostgreSQL + PostGIS through Python adapter psycopg2. It will not work with any other database engine or Python adapter.
