integralik/basic repository overview

Just use

FROM: integralik/basic:ubuntu-18.04

in your Dockerfile. This image solves the problem with asking questions about timezone while installing any other packages. Also it installs less, vim, mcedit. And, finally, it installs software-properties-common for using apt-add-repository.
