⁠Installation

1. Install docker following these instructions https://docs.docker.com/install/⁠

2. Pull the latest image from DockerHub with docker pull integrativebioinformatics/hcalatam

⁠Running the docker image

This docker image can be run with the following command. You should mount a local path so that your notebooks can be saved outside the Docker container.

docker run --rm -p 8888:8888 -p 7681:7681 -v [local path]:/home/jovyan/work integrativebioinformatics/hcalatam

⁠Open Jupyter

You will then access the notebook with this URL:

http://127.0.0.1:8888/?token=HCAlatam

⁠Open console

You will get access to an HTML console with this URL:

http://127.0.0.1:7681
