⁠OUTBREAK: surveillance webtool

Surveillance is key to control epidemics and outbreaks. This webtool facilitates surveillance by showing in an animated graph the timeline and geolocations of cases of an outbreak. Users can track how the epidemics is spreading in a region or even globally.

How to run it

You need to specify the port 5000 when you execute the docker run:

docker run --rm -p 80:5000 -e REACT_APP_TOKENID="Your_Token_Here" integrativebioinformatics/outbreak

Your_Token_Here is a MapBox token⁠ with the format: pk.eyJ1Ijoic2NvdGhpcyIsImEiOiJjaWp1Y2ltYmUwMDBicmJrdDQ4ZDBkaGN4In0.sbihZCZJ56-fsFNKHXF8YQ

Then, you can open your browser and go to your localhost⁠ and load your data in your local server.
