⁠Intel® AI Visual Inference Samples

Intel® AI Visual Inference Samples are easy to use python* scripts implementations of workloads with media and AI inference pipelines. The samples are based on media and AI inference frameworks to demonstrate performance of Intel® Data Center GPU Flex Series.

⁠Intel® AI Visual Inference Samples are currently in Pre-Release, and are not intended for production use.

⁠Images for Intel® Data Center GPU Flex Series

Use the tags to pulled your referred version, see the list below for more information.
Images are intended for Intel® Data Center GPU Flex Series and include the following media Frameworks:

• OpenVINO™ Sample image⁠

  • docker pull intel/ai-visual-inference-samples:v0.6.1-ov or docker pull intel/ai-visual-inference-samples:latest-ov
  • Using the following components:
    • OpenVINO™ Toolkit 2024.1.0⁠
    • Drivers for Intel® Data Center GPU Flex Series, drivers version 821.36⁠

• PyTorch* Sample image⁠

  • docker pull intel/ai-visual-inference-samples:v0.5.0-pytorch-pre-release or docker pull intel/ai-visual-inference-samples:latest-pytorch
  • Using the following components:
    • Intel® Extension for PyTorch* v2.1.10-xpu⁠
    • Drivers for Intel® Data Center GPU Flex Series, drivers version 736.25⁠

⁠How to run

To run an image on CPU, use normal command-line options, for example:

docker run -it --rm intel/ai-visual-inference-samples

To run inference or/and media operations on GPU, add --device /dev/dri command-line option:

docker run -it --device /dev/dri --rm intel/ai-visual-inference-samples
