internaut/romtool repository overview

a simple nodejs docker image extended by romtool.

docker run -it -v /path/to/romlibrary:/roms internaut/romtool

then follow the romtool readme from the link above to simple merge your multi-track roms into single-tack roms.

pretty helpful if you do not wanna stick to manual processing via windows tools :)
