⁠Build image base

We are using a minimal Docker image based on Alpine Linux with a complete package index and only 5 MB in size, which is based on i386 (Intel 80386).

This image consume less than other images based on Debian or Ubuntu and other prcessors like AMD. Therefore, we define it as default based image (and latest version). However, for compatibility reasons, we provide the same image for others:

docker build -f Dockerfile -t invasi0m/base:<version> .

⁠Publish image to a registry

⁠Docker login

It is nedeed to be registered in docker hub with the correct authentication:

echo <invasi0m_dockerhub_password> | docker login -u invasi0m --password-stdin

⁠Docker push / pull

docker push invasi0m/base:<version>

docker pull invasi0m/base:<version>

⁠Run image

⁠Run image with default values (latest)

This is the default image which is based on i386.

docker run -it --rm invasi0m/base:latest

⁠Run image with specific version

⁠i386 (Intel 80386)

docker run -it --rm invasi0m/base:latest

docker run -it --rm invasi0m/base:i386

⁠AMD64 (x86_64)

docker run -it --rm invasi0m/base:amd64
