Simply run it with all needed parameter:
docker run --rm -d -p 8080:8080 -p 3000:3000 -p 3001:3001 -v $HOSTNAME:/home/coder/work:rw --name $USER -e PASSWORD=codeasyluyms --hostname $HOSTNAME \

Open the localhost:8080 with password codeasylums
