⁠Docker Ansible

Debian with Ansible.

Designed to run Ansible from an existing project without requiring Ansible to be installed on the host.

⁠Usage

Pull the image:

docker pull ismailmarmoush/docker-ansible:latest

Run Ansible against the current project:

docker run --rm -it \
  -v "$PWD:/workspace" \
  -w /workspace \
  ismailmarmoush/docker-ansible:latest \
  ansible-playbook site.yml

The repository Makefile also provides a convenient way to run Ansible from a project directory.

Published images currently support x86-64 (amd64) only.
