Example Dockerfile:
FROM ivotron/spack
RUN $SPACK_ROOT/bin/spack install wget
ADD entrypoint.sh /root/
ENTRYPOINT ["/root/entrypoint.sh"]
And corresponding entrypoint.sh:

source $SPACK_ROOT/share/spack/setup-env.sh
spack load wget
