⁠Overview

Query the Portainer/Docker API to find all database services.

Then start PhpMyAdmin with these services (as PMA_HOSTS).

Just restart this service after you introduce new database containers.

⁠Requirements

• Docker Swarm Mode
• Portainer
• All database containers live in a special network, e.g. "database-admin-network"

⁠Usage

The image is based on the official phpmyadmin docker image. All environment variables from there can be used.

The following variables must be set to make the portainer API work:

• PORTAINER_URL = the URL of the portainer instance
• PORTAINER_USER = a portainer user with rights to query containers via the Docker API
• PORTAINER_PASS = the password of the PORTAINER_USER
• PORTAINER_NETWORK = query all containers belonging to this network
