This Docker image provides linter rules for Nextflow DSL scripts and configuration files. It is part of the Flow-IQ workflow migration toolkit⁠ developed by NCI-DCEG.

The linter is based on a customized fork of the original awslabs/linter-rules-for-nextflow project.

⁠Basic usage

$ docker run -v $PWD:/data jaamarks/linter-rules-for-nextflow:0.2.0 # lint a nf script
$ docker run -v $PWD:/data -e ruleset=config jaamarks/linter-rules-for-nextflow:0.2.0 # lint a config file
