The image provides a running instance of inspire-next (https://github.com/inspirehep/inspire-next/⁠), the next version of the biggest repository for high energy physics (HEP). In order to run the instance, start mysql and rabbitmq-server services and upload the records using tools like invenio migrator. Then go to /opt/inspire-next and run the command honcho start.
