⁠General Information

A fine-tuned SpaCy model trained on synthetic data generated by Synthea, tasked with entity extractions for medication strings, wrapped in BentoML service for ease of deployment and usage via API endpoints.

⁠Usage

After pulling from Docker Hub repository, run the following command to run inferences using the API endpoint of "/predict":

docker run -it --rm -p 3000:3000  jackleejm/spacy-medication-ner:v1.0.0
