Sample Python app that submits a simple sample trace of a parent span with two child spans over ~0.5 seconds. This can be configured with the environment variables:

• TRACE_COUNT: Number of traces sent (default: 100)
• FREQUENCY: Sleep time between traces in seconds (default: 0.5)
• EXIT_WAIT: Sleep time to wait after final trace submission before shutting down in seconds (default: 0)

Using Python Datadog Tracer so can configure it accordingly as well with DD_AGENT_HOST.
