To start : docker run -it --rm -v "$PWD":/code -w /code jamesrford7/phoenix

postgres does not start automatically so do the following when you run the container :

Switch to default postgres user : su - postgres

Start the process : /usr/lib/postgresql/9.3/bin/postgres -D /var/lib/postgresql/9.3/main -c config_file=/etc/postgresql/9.3/main/postgresql.conf &

Start the client psql
