jamesrummel/powershell-with-wix repository overview

Powershell base image with wine and wix installed on top. Had to pretty much copy and paste the entirety of microsoft/powershell with the exception that we aren't loading directly into powershell. I'm working with gitlab ci and builds were failing with no shell found, how unfortunate.
