Docker images to support implicit mysql replication support.

docker-compose up
These are a quick way to try this image with a master and a pair of slaves. (As the docker-compose.yml is currently configured, none of them persist data.)
bin/start.sh - Start the services.bin/test.sh - Test replication.bin/kill.sh - Destroy all traces of the running services.docker run -d \
