⁠IBM BlueMix Docker Client

This image contains everything you need to run docker commands against an IBM Bluemix account.

⁠Usage

To a command ${COMMAND} interactively use:

docker run --privileged -ti --env-file ${ENV_FILE} jamiekp/bluemix-docker-client ${COMMAND}

For example this command lists all the images hosted on your IBM Bluemix account:

docker run --privileged -ti --env-file /path/to/env/file jamiekp/bluemix-docker-client docker images

If you don't provide any arguments to the image then the default is to drop you into a bash shell where you can run docker commands interactively.

The image requires three environment variables to be provided in ${ENV_FILE}:

• ${BLUEMIX_USER}: the username for your account
• ${BLUEMIX_PASSWORD}: the password for your account
• ${BLUEMIX_REGION}: the region you want to login to [us|uk|au]

Additional optional variables:

• ${BLUEMIX_NAMESPACE}: the namespace to set for your imaages if logging in for the first time.
