Marquee

Turn a Google Nest Hub into a cinematic Plex now-playing display. Poster, ratings, progress, and a clock — cast automatically when you press play, released back to ambient mode when the credits roll.

Five designed templates (Spotlight, Split, Hero, Lower Third, Big Clock) · four themes + custom accent · drag-and-slider block editor · LAN-only, no login.

Quick start

docker run -d --name marquee --restart unless-stopped --network host \
  -e HUB_IP=192.168.1.50 \
  -e PAGE_URL=http://192.168.1.10:8084/image \
  -e PLEX_HOST=http://192.168.1.10:32400 \
  -e PLEX_TOKEN=your-token \
  -v marquee-config:/config \
  jamisonfitz/marquee:latest

Settings UI at http://server:8084/ · card at /image. Optional: PLEX_USERS (comma-separated usernames that trigger the marquee), TMDB_API_KEY, POLL_SECONDS, SERVE_PORT.
