The database initialization process will take several minutes.
To view log messages type
docker logs -f oracle-xe-21c
To use SQLPlus
docker exec -it oracle-xe-21c sqlplus / as sysdba
After the database is initialized, you can connect to Enterprise Manager. Open browser and URL
After the database is initialized, you can connect to connect to APEX. Open browser y URL
docker stop oracle-xe-21c
docker restart oracle-xe-21c
