Docker in Docker Container with NodeJS included

The image also contains all needed Docker tools to build and push containers, grunt, build-utilities etc.. Just raise an issue or merge request to add new packages.
You can use the image to run your Gitlab CI pipeline. As this is an automated build, we will continuously update all the included packages.
