The dHCP structural pipeline performs structural analysis of the neonatal brain MRI (T1 and T2) that consists of:

• cortical and sub-cortical volume segmentation
• cortical surface extraction (white matter and pial surface)
• cortical surface inflation and
• projection to sphere
