This container image uses FROM scratch to isolate just the go binary. That binary was downloaded from Hashicorp's website and included in the image with a COPY instruction. The entrypoint for the container is /nomad so pass argument variables along to the nomad binary as you normally would when running the container. The default nomad ports are exposed in the Dockerfile, map them appropriately on your docker engine.
