⁠Description

This is wordpress theme for Jestor website, with components and all seo and security standards

⁠Frontend standards

The frontend code must be placed inside client directory. We follow the atomic design⁠ structure - read it before start to create new frontend code.

• The javascript code style is validated by standard js⁠ pattern. npm test will do this validation. If you run npx standard --fix, it will perform available auto corrections and show remaining errors.

• The sass code style is validated by stylelint⁠, with standard configs⁠. npm test will do this validation. If you run npx stylelint ./**/*.scss --fix, it will perform available auto corrections and show remaining errors.

⁠Setup environment

Just run script/bootstrap, the script will prepare your env

⁠Testing

Run script/test - it will check:

• Javascript standard⁠ codestyle
• CSS stylelint⁠ codestyle
• Webpack build
• Check if version is updated
• TODO: integration tests
• TODO: php tests

⁠Develop

Just run script/server to webpack watch your asset changes. This not run the wordpress itself, you need to link project root folder to wp-content/themes/jestor to view this theme in action.

⁠Deploy

Just merge your branch into master, and will be deployed automatically to Tema themes repo. Also, github release will be automatically generated.

⁠Important

Never forget to update style.css version metadata before merge into master: this is used to wordpress update engine to check if is any update available - Also, the CI uses that to get version number and generate GH release.
