jgarverick/monocent repository overview

This is a base image for Debian that has the Mono framework installed on it already. It was installed using the sources for 2.10.8 (stable) and 3.4.0 (latest tarball).

I will try to fold in updates from GitHub when possible, assuming they don't hose up my image.
