This Docker image is the containerized (Dockerized) version of MetaCHIP⁠ — a tool for detecting horizontal gene transfer (HGT) events in microbial genomes.

⚠️ Note: I am not the developer of MetaCHIP. This image was created to simplify its installation and usage via Docker.

• Conda (via Miniforge)
• MetaCHIP installed from Bioconda (bioconda::metachip)
