This is a PostgreSQL server built on apline and without the legacy gosu that the docker.io/postgres uses

In doing this I have cut the CVE list down to the minimum I can get and removed an application that both served no purpose and the developers had no interest in fixing.

I hope this is a short term solution

NOTE: if changing from a non apline based image you will get warnings on collation. This is due to lack of collation support in musl.
