A simple Hello, World! API for some experiments with Kubernetes.

Endpoints "/health", "/ready/ and "/hello".

Startup delay and port can be configured via enviroment variables:

• STARTUP_DELAY in seconds, defaults to 0
• PORT defaults to 8080
