Also contains various tools : agate/qagate, abipy.py, abigui.py, ...

To use this image, just pull it:

docker pull jmbeuken/abinit:9.6.2

and run it in a xterm:

xhost +local:root

**docker run -it --rm *
          **--hostname abinit *
          **--network host *
          **--privileged *
          **-e "DISPLAY=unix${DISPLAY}" **
          jmbeuken/abinit:9.6.2

abinit@abinit:~$
