jmcornell/pippi repository overview

Pippi (http://github.com/patscott/pippi⁠) is a tool for painless parsing, post-processing and plotting of posterior and likelihood samples. This image is 905 MB uncompressed. To start a container, just run:

docker run -it [-v /host/dir:/container/dir] jmcornell/pippi

The optional part in brackets mounts /host/dir/ to /container/dir/ in the Docker container so that you can transfer files between the host and the container.
