Accepts the following environment variables:

• REDIRECT_TARGET: The location to redirect to (e.g. REDIRECT_TARGET=http://www.example.com/).
• PORT: The port to listen on (e.g. PORT=3000)
• BIND: The address to listen on (e.g. BIND=0.0.0.0)

For use in other images.
