jmrandol/ros2-build-binary repository overview

This image is based on jmrandol/vcbuild:2019 and includes packages as described in https://docs.ros.org/en/humble/Installation/Windows-Install-Binary.html⁠ for working with ROS2 Humble Hawskbill. The entry point is C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\BuildTools\Common7\Tools\VsMsBuildCmd.bat in powershell and all mentioned tools are available on the %PATH%.
