Most of the work done at https://github.com/simbo1905/shiny⁠.

I've added some base C library installs, and R packages that required them. All in all, you can deploy this and use it as a shiny dashboard that can display GIS data using rgdal and leaflet. Also some stuff that lets you create downloadable HTML reports using rmarkdown, there's a lot going on here.
