This program, Tic Tac Toe (64 bit), is a project undertaken to exercise Python coding. As my skills, and understanding, of Python develop I will probably update the way the program is executed, perhaps a GUI interface, but for now it runs. If you have any suggestions on ways to improve it please feel free to comment.
