⁠Pytorch for Raspberry Pi

This image is for using Pytorch on processors with an ARM7l architecture. It was built on a Raspberry Pi 4 and is intended for Pytorch projects that are built to be run on this platform.

The builds are failing because the file needs to be built on an arm7l processor which is not available on Docker Hub, but the repository is linked so you can see the Dockerfile.
