This is a Windows docker image. To start properly, run docker run -it -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock hyper so that containers have access to docker service daemon.

This is the part that seems to have problems, starting the fabric service is not stable. https://hyperledger.github.io/composer/latest/installing/development-tools⁠

If fabric service start, continue with that guide with starting the playground. Maybe --publish 8080:8080 will be needed when running the image
