This iperf3 container will allow a device to act as a iperf3 client and iperf3 server. It can also perform repeat mode for iperf3 client and controlled from a web gui.

For Cradlepoint ARM64 devices, below is the container YAML for a container project named iperf3. Once installed, access the iperf3 web UI :8001.
