⁠General information

The ifb_bioconductor_docker images build on the bioconductor_docker⁠ adding the following software:

• SOLAR-Eclipse⁠ version 8.5.1 (static).
• A set of perl libraries required by Haplopainter⁠ to enable usage of this software for pedigree plotting using the FamAgg Bioconductor package.

⁠Available Tags and releases

Images are available for each Bioconductor release:

• RELEASE_3_12: builds on the bioconductor/bioconductor_docker:RELEASE_3_12 image (R version 4.0 with Bioconductor release 3.12)
