jorainer/xcms_tutorials repository overview

These docker containers contain the source code, data files and all software packages for the tutorial Exploring and analyzing LC-MS data with Spectra and xcms. The docker containers base on the official Bioconductor docker container. Tags refer to different versions of the respective Bioconductor docker image. The source code of the tutorial, as well as a rendered version is available at the main page on github: xcmsTutorials⁠. Different versions of the tutorial are also deposited to Zenodo and have thus a citable DOI.

Available tags/versions:

• jorainer/xcms_tutorials:RELEASE_3_19: version of the xcms tutorial with packages from Bioconductor release 3.19. This is the current stable version of the tutorial.

• jorainer/xcms_tutorials:latest: developmental version of the tutorial not considered to be stable.
