⁠Repository Overview

ResolverPulse is a lightweight Discord bot that integrates with the NextDNS API to bring profile information, DNS analytics, query statistics, and other insights directly into your Discord server through slash commands. This Docker image packages the bot and all of its dependencies into a ready-to-run container.

⁠Environment Variables

⁠Quickstart (Docker Compose)

⁠1. Pull the latest image

docker pull josephistired/resolverpulse:latest

⁠2. Create an .env file

DISCORD_TOKEN=your_discord_bot_token
DISCORD_ID=your_discord_user_id
NEXTDNS_API_KEY=your_nextdns_api_key
NEXTDNS_PROFILE_ID=your_nextdns_profile_id

⁠3. Create a compose.yaml

services:
  resolverpulse:
    image: josephistired/resolverpulse:latest
    container_name: resolverpulse
    restart: unless-stopped
    env_file:
      - .env

⁠4. Start the container

docker compose up -d

⁠5. View the logs

docker compose logs -f

⁠Quickstart (Docker CLI)

docker run -d \
  --name resolverpulse \
  --restart unless-stopped \
  --env-file .env \
  josephistired/resolverpulse:latest
