In order for this image to create a container able to run docker commands, first the host computer must have docker installed, then you must mount the /var/run directory in order for the container to find the docker.lock file

example: docker run -d -it --name containerName -v /source:/target imageName docker run -d -it --name Container1 -v /var/run:/var/run alpine-docker
