'ramnathv/htmlwidgets', 'smartinsightsfromdata/rpivotTable' are installed from github.

1. change directory where shiny dashboard files are
2. start container eg.

docker run -d -p 80:3838
-v $(pwd)/myshiny_dashb/:/srv/shiny-server/
-v $(pwd)/myshiny_dashb/shinylog/:/var/log/
