jsaydo/qiime_matplotlib_backend_agg repository overview

Since it is not possible to change the render backend for the matplotlib 1.43 via environment variable, I added a matplotlibrc file with the option "backend : agg" to /root/ . This way QIIME scripts which use the matplotlib for plotting can be used in a display-less setup (i.e. containers, remote via ssh, ...)

The image is based on "quay.io/biocontainers/qiime:1.9.1--np110py27_1".
