To run a default training script using AGAR dataset https://agar.neurosys.com⁠ obtain the aforementioned dataset put it to some {mountable_location} which would contain datasets/AGAR folder with all the data within the AGAR archive, pull the image and then execute the following Docker command: docker run -d --gpus all -v {mountable_location}:/mnt cfu_analysis
