Example: docker run --rm -it --user="$UID" --privileged -ephemeral -v /dev/bus/usb:/dev/bus/usb -v /home/$USER/.android:/home/dev/.android -v $(pwd):/home/dev/app --net host jwde/react-native

Starts the packager and adb, automatically pushing js changes to the device.

Then:

react-native run-android

To rebuilt native code and install on the device.
